Krisles, Thank You for posting this. I do enjoy so what you have to say
In my opinion..everybody has a right to write. It doesn't matter if they write sonnets putting ol' Will Shakespeare to shame or a little ditty that brings  blush to a longshoreman's face. Thanks Again.

Kris

I believe your words spoke for many and most can relate to it.  It was a good all round respectful post from all sides.  Take care.

Blessings

Maybe these so called writers who are complaining also write for Variety. Thank you for writing this. Some people on here forget they are really not critics. Bring on the e-mails or whatever it is your blog.

Krisles.....
Thank you so much for saying what needed to be said.......

I hadn't realized that blogit had developed a new fee structure allowing one to become a "Content Monitor"........Blogit is more than a writer's market place....it has become more than a manuscript archive..... it developed into a real community, perhaps it takes a  year or so around here to realize that.....

Elitism on any level does not contribute to the spirit of community.....some here are better at one thing....others are better at other things.

If you don't like what someone is doing...don't click on it.  But don't put them down for doing it.  I would like to think most here do what they do for themselves as much as for others.  Perhaps it's a form of self-help.   If someone is lonely or feeling a bit down......if they can come here and see something that gives them a chuckle, why should it matter that someone might judge the same item to be "crappy"????

JMHO.........

Ideas beget ideas, I only post my original work, but any writing in my 'book' is worth more than one preview. Our blogs are our own expressions, if someone doesn't like what someone has posted, keep it to yourself and move on. My blog was attacked and I allowed myself to get in to a sparring match which makes my actions shameful. I respect all blogs and it is fun checking out others folks' thoughts and how they structure their blogs. write, write, anything one wants, otherwise it prohibits creativity.   Great write, I hope the critics can keep unwarranted comments to themselves.  Do unto my blog as..... Kris, thank you for writing this..it was great!
I think blogit would be a little boring if we were all serious about writing.  It would lose it's sense of community.  Which I think is a big part of blogit.
