What does the post have to do with the electoral college???  But since you brought it up.....

Won't happen........it requires a 2/3rd vote in both houses and then 3/4 of the state legislatures must pass it........so I wouldn't be holding my breath on this on.....

I'll take that vote as long as I get a good running mate, kingmi,
like Colbert or Stewart or Hagel.  And how about eliminating that rule of succession that allows an appointed official to become president in the unlikely deaths of the pres, the vice, the pro tem, and the speaker.  That's bull... The only thing worse in my mind than Bush remaining president is Rice becoming president.

The primaries are a disgusting sham. Want a real democracy? Let
anybody and everybody who wants to do so run for the office.  Whoever gets the most votes, wins.  Period.  The electoral college is a worthless piece of crap as well.  Let the people elect the president.  Most votes wins.  Period.
