Just a thought...
And it is about food.  If one eats fast food occasionally, rather than as a steady diet, the trans fats probably would be of minimal concern.  It's only when we make them a steady diet that there is a problem.  We are probably worse off for the trans fats we have been consuming for years in our homes, all those chips and such.  A couple of years ago I started paying attention to labels and you would be surprise where trans fats turn up, whole wheat bread for example.  Most all prepared foods, TV dinners and such.  I cut back on chips, and most microwave meals or snacks.  It means I have to be dillilgent and read lables.  There is more to health than Burger King.

It is important to note that these corporates were using fat oils in the
first place when they jollly well knew of the health implications. Specially when they earn enough to spare for R&D and can afford to cut a bit into their profits for using this oil.

They can do less damage to the quality of the taste of their food....
than KFC........their only dealing with their fries.

The new fried chicken is terrible and the Colonel is turning over in his grave as a result of the change.....Bland....dry....and tough is the best you can say for the new "Anti-Fried Chicken.

Thank God....the Colonel's widow's restaurant is only 3 miles away...."The Colonels Lady"  still offers the original KFC recipe........unmolested by the food police.
