I lived in Atlanta for some time. Two women developed and built a business that became very successful just editing large business utility bills for 10% of the money retained monthly off the over charges, wrong charges and errors. That was 20 years ago it is down to the individual now. My husband works very hard for his money and I shall not allow someone to simply snatch it away. He brings it home and I try to care for it. Oh yes you have to watch them. They add this charge for that and so forth and never tell you anything other then it was a mistake...it makes my blood boil! You did a great job and yes I do think they are told not to volunteer everything...

Not for one minute. I still am going to write the main office and try to get the cost of rebuilding my computer and calling Geek Squad. Those cost money that was caused by these people. I don't believe in sueing unless there is no alternative left. They are really ugly and many companies who have products you have to have take advantage like medical insurance etc..
