patmanplus...
Compose in word, save it, then cut and past into the box using the third icon that says paste plain text, that should leave your text looking the way you want it.  There is also a way to do it in the entry box, but since you risk losing your entry, I don't recommend it.

Patmanplus
Great post. Whether we want to admit it or not, everyone is jaded in some sense. we all display it differently.

No, there's just something wrong woth me

i'm a low-tech boy. i need to experiment with that stuff. Actually i kinda , (fake word), liked the way it turned out. No eh?

See how that double spaced-or triple, i don't know how to fix that.

Personally, i trust frowning clowns more. They're more real.

Your dark humor is kinda scary. Probably because i don't know you.

A writer eh. So far i've made 0 cents at this.

But i'm new, watch out.

Hey, did ya read my other poems?

Interesting poem, but is there something wrong with your html?

Because the lines are, like, all disjointed.

To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary.
I've wondered where this started
and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus,
and a clown killed my dad.
