Pat
As long as you don't extend it up or put, Pat, ou're welcome.  As for the dog, there isn't enough space between the building and the river to let a dog have a walk.  It would be better if you had a dolphin.

If I bought it, I wouldn't build on...
But I have no dog, and if you think the last ones were boring....

TAPS
I know what you mean, TAPS.  More houses built of ticky-tacky.  It happens here and it is getting worse as the commuters from the big city find the place and build out of character palaces on the river's edge.

Johnmacnab
I just hate it when someone buys a house especially for the beautiful view and then things are built up all around so that the scenery disappears.  That happened to my son in Florida.  When he first bought, I just loved the surrounding area.  Then houses were built in all of the forested areas and it turned into just another housing development.

Thank you Sunnybeach7.
I suppose if someone does buy it and heighten it, we could build ours higher.  I wonder if that's how skyscrapers started?

kingmi
This is a country of contrasts, kingmi.  There is still some three foot deep ice in the bays but the sparrows are building nests.  At Easter, instead of rolling the easter eggs, they hide them - probably in the snowdrifts.

Hope you get to keep your view of the river.
