Hello again, Julia!
The Law of Attraction and The Secret: Ever heard of these 2? They say the same.

Also, based upon various experiences (mine and that of friends), I would say that there is definitely something to this! At the very least, it turns your life and frame of mind more towards the positive.

Exquisite in the simplicity and truth of message
I am going to try very hard to put this into practice. Thank you Julia.

Depends on how you view it. Sometimes we who expect the worst are pleasantly surprised

I think this goes with my theory of
what you put out to the universe is what you get back.

Julia dear heart, I will try but not today. Today I've managed to draw
awful energy to me and I'm back having another bad day.

Kabu--
Yes, I do--although you might not be doing it consciously. Try to notice what you are thinking, and when a dark thought comes, say "I bless that thought and replace it with xxxxx (a positive thought).

that's sort of the same thing--you wear the rose-tinted glasses with the expectation of seeing a rosy world, and so you do!

that's so true!! they can't exist if you refuse to pay attention to them.

Ariala--
yes it does. Perhaps a slight variation of the Law of Attraction.

Do you think the darkness I've been experiencing lately I may be attracting

it seems so right,

Makes sense.
But then again, if you wear rose tinted glasses, you get a rose colored world. If everything seems dark to you, you get a dark world.

Very true. A thing needs resistance to exist here in this world of relativity. I can't tell you how many times things that appear daunting have literally vanished because I decided not to pay them any mind.

my teachers expressed it as "You get what you resist..."

Luckily, we don't get everything we resist, or we would all be in deepest doodoo!

I'm a firm believer in positive thinking too, but I find it hard to always put it into practice. Negative thinking seems to come so much easier, that it is always a struggle.

troosha--
thanks. I especially liked the "vibrational harmony" part of this message.

This is absolutely correct Julia.... our subconscious does not discriminate

between negative or positive thoughts....it just fulfills our fears and desires or that which we focus on.  That is why I am a firm believer in positive thinking. It is difficult at times when things seem to be turning to shit to have a positive attitude, but I keep on focusing on a positive outcome regardless of the situation. My friends hate me sometimes because of this! LOL I believe they have even referred to me as "little mary sunshine!"

Ahh... the Laws of attraction.  Think negative - attract negative.  Think positive - bathe in positive.  It makes perfect sense.  Good post...
