I lived in and about San Diego for several years, Mysteria...
I wouldn't mind moving back. Quakes tend to be smaller down there than here in LA or up in SF.

arGee..I have an earthquake alert from the USGS too, being that I live in
San Diego I have been through quite a few.  There are often little temblors, but thankfully nothing big.  They definitely make things exciting!  Sneaking up on you is the thing with them.  I live on the top of an old Victorian era apartment house.  It is wooden and things really move around up here...

I've never experienced one that I know of...but I live in Missouri and we
have the New Madrid fault line east of here.
