For me, "The Game of Love" sees me sitting on a bench in Myrtle Beach at Barefoot Landing. "Upside Down" sees me as a teen driving a 65 Mustang with some friends (don't remember where we were going).

Bel... and Presley
That's what I was going to say Presley - "At Last" (and it must be sung by Etta). How can any one who has fallen in love or found the love of their life not be moved by that song....

My favorite of all time is At Last by Etta James. I never get sick of the memories that hearing that song allows me to recall.

I have songs like that as well.
Unfortunately, they usually evoke sad memories. For example, Matchbox 20's "If You're Gone" makes me think about the first time my heart was broken...

I love this! My husband did something similar but actually he stopped in the middle of a US Highway and told me he loved me for the first time, while the Beetles where so loud they were raising the roof right off the car.
Food memory thanks.

Yes, it can
"What was I supposed to do, standin' there lookin at you? A lonely boy far from home... Every night now once I've been back home, I lie awake at night drifting in my memory. I think about you on your mommas front porch swing, talking that way so soft to me."
I had a summer in Georgia like that one time. Never saw him again. (sigh) "Summer night's beauty took my breath away."

There are a lot of songs that invoke memories - good and bad ones. Music sure has the ability to do that. It can take you right back to that moment in time...

I've always wanted to visit Memphis and though I have been near by, never quite made it. One of these days, I'll get myself there.

Bel.....
There you go...getting sentimental on us......
I actually have hundreds of songs like that....Wait, that didn't sound right.
There are hundreds of songs that will jog my memory of a certain place, or time. And most of the time it's a positive experience....
