I agree, R.I. I don't think either team is or was overrated. I do believe
that Florida was underrated, though. Those guys surely came to win that game, didn't they?

saul, both OSU and MICH went down hard..overrated?? I dont think so
but just not used to dealing with that much speed in the black n blue Big 10....

There's nothing in this country like the solidarity of the South, guys.
People are loyal to their country, their home states, their hometowns, various schools, and families, but only southerners are loyal to their region...

I will not lie. I thought that OSU would win. That's why I don't gamble anymore. The SEC is no joke. I found that out when I went to college in Jacksoville, FL. I really didn't root for either team, but I'm happy that it was a blowout, you know why? Because it should show everyone that if Boise State played Florida, they would get their asses kicked. Just like George Mason did in basketball.

Yep......I am one of those that collected from the....
oddsmen......Florida was just plain awesome. On the south thing MC.....I heard a commentator remark that he was amazed how the other SEC school's fans were so strongly supporting Florida in their quest.......he couldn't imagine UCLA supporting USC, or Michigan support Ohio State the way say, LSU was supporting Florida.......they don't get the regional thing here in the South.....it's us against them!

I thought Ohio State was going to win also, MountainClimber. But there is
absolutely no doubt now who is NO. 1. And you're right -- the best football is played in the south...
