This made me cry.  What a wonderful and loving gift to offer.  The video connection certainly tugged at my heart as I remember almost making a drive to NYC during Carl's deployment because there was center there that would have allowed me to see his face on remote camera or something of the sort.

I would knock down this shack and put a log up on that pond immediately.  *grin*

If I had all the money I needed to do my life's greatest Christmas. I would do the following: 1. See that every single mother was able to go out to dinner with her children and not worry what it cost. That she would have enough money to have the things she needs and an extra $100 for each child. 2, I would see that every old person alone had some family to go to for Christmas dinner. 3. I would go into Nursing Homes and set up tables for four and take people who had no family to have dinner with an old person so the children could be with old people and the old would have little children. 4. I would bring a wonderful dinner to each and every family of a person in the military. It is not about money just that we do the Christmas dinner for them and their families. I would have video connections for them and their loved one in the Military sometime in the day. 5. I would give a bull and cow, a male and female goat, a male and female sheep, male and female chickens and rabits to at least five families in every rural community in the 3rd world community with the promise that they share with the others in the community when they reproduce. 6. Every working family that was homeless I would help them to start a small business on the side, get them a place to live and teach them to manage the money and get back on their feet. Sorry I took so much space but this is what I really want for Christmas and more. God bless all of you!

as soon as you said "unlimited funds" i said "buy a house in maine."

but i'd settle for a wax.  my esthetician moved out of town and although she's still within driving distance, she's far enough that i'm not going anymore.  it took a few tries before i found her and let's face it, some waxers are good and some are dreadful.  she's excellent and i miss her.  i'm looking a tad hairy these days.  like i tell her when i call for an appointment, "this b.c. timber needs some clearcutting".

PostSmile! Bel .. I'm sending you and yours many good wishes for the holidays and wish you a Merry Christmas. I've been very busy but when I do have a litttle time to spend here the negitivity makes it hard to remain. My wish for years has been to have all my loved one together at the same time. Take care and I'll see you more after the New Year.

I want my brother's wife to keep her mouth shut tomorrow as we attempt to celebrate Christmas.  She's very negative and tends to be very vocal.
