I worry that I am losing my hair, but have had the same worry my whole life
and still have most of my hair.  If I lose it, it won't be because I worried it will be because of genetics.  Genetics makes your hair grey also.  You will be fine.

Hi
Simple solution, just don't look in the mirror if you have glasses on. I do think that stress can make your hair go grey.

Star4you I agree
I do eat food rich in B vitamins, and nuts, but not many eggs, and my hair is healthy, thick and glossy.
