I don't think you're alone
Being idol can simply escalate any feelings of dread or anxiousness. Your walk solution is a wonderful one because it really does clear the mind and open our eyes to everything beyond our worrisome head. Whatever’s ruminating around in there suddenly doesn’t seem so important or urgent. I find that even a simple, friendly exchange with a shopkeeper can remind me that more worries are not worth the worry.
