Mysterious one...
I know where the saying "between the devil and the deep blue sea" comes from, but I shall have to check on the Geronimo thing, having never been inclined to jump out of a perfectly fine airplane.

Mysteria, interesting, there's always speculation about how these things
get started, but it's like rumours and gossip, no one really knows. I'll ask my ex-paratrooper boyfriend when he gets home if he knows.
