This is so True!

In my church we have Eucharistic Adoration as a contemplative prayer, which I have found is a good way to silence all the chatter in the mind and feel the presence of the Lord. It is also a good way to be totally open and receptive to the quiet voice of God.

However, like you, I like to take time out during the day to pray the Rosary. You are right when you say that one enters a space in which the repetitive prayers in the Rosary are a wise and positive mantra that works in the sub-conscious, and enables us to tap solutions to problems -- solutions that emerge from the subconscious and move us beyond the traps that often ensnare us at the conscious level of our thinking. Thanks for your post.
