I can relate to the lack-of-funds part. I'm there myself because I've been hospitalized so much over the past few months. I've also been afflicted with this stomach thing, only I'm not doing what the sci-fi character called ALF said was the "technicolor yawn." Some rather - shall we say - malodorous substances are coming out of me in another way.
