Why?
Why do you feel you must go to church? I'm not saying it's a bad thing or passing judgement, but it's an honest question I have always had.
You see, I believe that people can have faith, be devout, etc without actually attending church services.
I've had other people tell me that Christians need to have fellowship, but that just doesn't answer my question well enough.
I have my beliefs and do not go to church. Yet I do pray every day--many times a day sometimes. I live my life according to the Golden Rule (the majority of the time anyway--I do lose my temper sometimes).
So I don't exactly understand why one must attend church.
Perhaps that's just me and my brain. *shrug*
As for AA, I congratulate you on your attendance to those meetings. I hope they help you.
