astraldreamer, Not in the classroom. It will, however,
Work on fellow teachers and office colleagues. In the classroom we should use what works for the classroom, or resort to wive's tails.
I subbed for three years and used different strategies for different places. Mostly I used drill seargent tactics good naturedly.

Does this work in the classroom too?
As I said before, I find it difficult to ignore behaviour because of my casual situation.
