Corbin,
Only a brief post here and there, but not quite back on a schedule...the book is scheduled to be out in August so I'm staying busy with that. More later!

His low approval ratings
could hurt the entire party in November's elections. They are all just scared.

Corbin, You are right of coursell and Seward's ice box just sitting there.
But I agree with these points. The troops should be offering protection to construction workers who are putting up the fence!

I thought "Wow! What long-term thinking!" It's not exactly 'seven generations hence', but at least it's beyond the next elections.

What are you Euros doing about the problems???

23 years will give us time to develop our natural gas reserves in the same areas.  We have more natural gas than the rest of the world combined.  It is easily adapted to our cars and trucks and will be a major step toward pollution reduction.   And it can reduce the cost of transportation  down to 2-3 cents a mile........right now natural gas cars cost about 5-6 cents a mile.

I plan on talking about our natural gas solution in a couple of days....

And When You Wrote...
..."Ours is a nation built on the pursuit of happiness as an inalienable right granted us by our Creator" I thought Hmmmm...I wonder what all the souls of all the exterminated Native Americans would think about that? After all, they thought the same at one time - AND they treated the place with respect. Last time I rode through the Mid West, I didn't see much respect for the land.
