"If not us, then who?"

Thank you

for reminding me of that oath I took...it lasts forever, doesn't it?

No wonder I am still committed to defending our country and upholding it's values, goverment and future!

Archiew,

Great post! But I think we may have to resort to citizen arrest until competent authorities can bring these people to justice! I would liker to see FOX News and CNN put on trial for aiding and abetting Treason against the Constuitution of the United States of America!

How can these people get away with this! Dick Cheney "stole" 8 million dollars and only paid 1 million in taxes! You got to be kidding! That is highway robbery!

Thank you all for reading and commenting . . .
Now our next step is to motivate, beg, cajole, others to start flooding elected officials with calls and letters to demand they change the "status quo."  Then let's get everyone we know to vote against any incumbent who is against personal liberties, or who has helped take power from we, the People.

Archview - Excellent post! Yes, time for us to take control of government.

Hi, archview,
I am also a veteran.  And I strongly believe in the power of the vote.  The revolution starts there.  Thanks for making me think.  Hopefully, others will be moved to thinking and acting.  The power does and should belong to the people.  :)

I think it's time
first for all of who disagree with the conservatives, to flood their blogs with our responses.
I am tinking of  OPINIONMASTER, WRITER OF LIGHT, CORBIN_DALLAS, SEAN_GRAY, others.  You can tell the conservative clique here by  noting those who, in the comments sectoins, agree whoeheartedly.

no one questions, they just agree.

they would have opposed Thomas Jefferson for sure.

thenseocnd of all -- a national work slowdown, or maybe even  one whole day of not showing up for work.

stop the machine.

i think an expression like that would make a statement, demonstrate the real power of the people.
