FLIGTPATH, Thanks so much for your kind and gentle comments. Melanie was
very close to me. I hope when I go home again, I'll find some closure on my unfinished grief.

This is a painful story, told by a dear friend... I could feel the anguish
in your words. I will be reading along and will be thinking of you!

Thank you for reading this Corbin...these posts were written from
my heart. I had never had a close friend die...this last year has been difficult for me. Every month brings back some memory of Melanie.

Muser I am glad you did this I remember how sad I was at your loss
and I don't believe you had been here very long. I am sorry still that you lost your friend even if we know she is blessed and totally well and happy. Be blessed.

Muser...and now a year later you are again feeling the emptiness of finality, comforted only by last words shared. I'm glad that you reposted this sad but beautifully written story. I had not seen it.
