I've been reading lately
that the thing about drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day is an old wives tale. Of course not everyone agrees. If you read enough about this stuff you'll drive yourself crazy. Most articles/books about nutrition say the same thing anyway. You can eat anything you want, as long as it doesn't taste good.
