it does appear so.
but ownership -- whoever has the resplnsibility for building that team -- and particualrly all those responsible for the offense
have to do a better job.
top notch running backs and tight ends and receivers can't do their job -- the quarterback can't do his job -- if somebody forgets about building an effective offensive line, which has been the weak spot for the Rams at least ever since they came to St. Louis.

I think you may see a shakeup this off season, as ownership may be tiring of Martz, no?

Just like the Washington football team should have hired Marvin Lewis as their head coach when they had chance  to, the Rams should have hired Lovie Smith and fired Mike Martz.
