Tookie, by forming the Crips, has caused more harm and death to the young and to society than his "redeeming" don't-join-a-gang books will ever make up for. I'm not buying it.
BTW: Now I'm wonderomg if all of the oh so vocal critics of Bush, who harped and harped that there was no "Plan.", will now READ the plan? I know what my guess is.

Corbin, the right argument here is to argue against the death penalty
which is wrong and evil. There is nothing redeemable about the murderer in question. But the State should not be in the business of murdering people. Maybe another inmate will do that like they did for Jeffery Dalmer.
As for the Hollywood people speaking out on his behalf...thats why I rarely go to movies...though I do plan to see In Cold Blood because P.S. Hoffman is my favorite actor.
