archiew,
I think that those who were so ungrateful and those who actually SHOT at the rescue troops probably don't deserve ANY LICK of recovery money. I'm afraid that so many underserving people and people who didn't lose all that much are going to take advantage of relief money. I have already seen factual evidence and reliable stats about how many who have not worked for years (when very able to do so) are scamming the system to take advantage of the hand-outs. This is very sad, especially regarding the true deserving people who work(ed) hard for everything they lost.

You are so right, FactorFiction . . .
I am convinced the money is no less than a gigantic bribe to get the people to support the Republican Party in the next election. Not to be biased, the Democrats would have done the same. Time to start looking at the Libertarian Party, folks!

funnier still is how they find all the money to give them after a hurricane, but not prior when they were living in poverty. (that's funny weird not funny haha)

Thanks, ariel70
It seems to be a trend that, if not stopped, will enslave us all. Whoever controls the money has the power, and it must not be the government.

You should try living in the EU, where billions of £s are ripped off the British taxpayer, and others of course, to support people in other EU countries. If they were poor, it might -just -be acceptable, but they aren't  ; they're among the richest.

I agree with you, enforched charity isn't chairty at all ; it's another form of tax.

A very interesting post. Thank you
