I love your ideas!
and I like to serve Pumpkin Soup at Thanksgiving. It is so yummy and easy, 1 stick of butter, two cans of pumkin, a dash of nutmeg, and a half pint of heavy whipping cream, simmer for 2 hours on very low heat, salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with pinche of basil.
