The best way to cook turkey

Is either on a Kettle shaped weber or in a Jenn-Aire type oven. The wind tunnel cooks the turkey crisp on the outside within a half an hour which holds in the turkey broth until it is finished. The best of everything

Costco has a chocolate truffle that they only sell in the summer. I'm not sure of the name, but they are made in France. With two boxes for $9.99 and two bags per box, they are a bargain. Worth the effort

One of my favorite soups is beet borscht. If you like it is worth the effort. But in order to taste good you can't take shortcuts. Canned beets don't work.
