Go to Should Bush Be Impeached?Add a commentGo to "Evidence that the President has been Actively Engaged in Conspiracy..."

Too funny.

I leave for periods of time only to return to the same folk venting the same comments.

Glennb, you should just do a "control C" (copy) for all of your comments.  You keep spewing the same vitriole over and over and over ad nauseum.

Scoop, you seem to attempt to remain fairly level headed although you and I are on different sides of the aisle.

Kingmi and Writerof light, you guys rock! Keep up the good work!

And Mellyn (sp?), I'm sorry but what weed have you been smokin'??? Please let me know so that I might avoid its soporific effect.

And regarding the supposed conspiracy of Pres Bush, I still believe that he did what he thought was best given the information he had at the time.  And did not a majority of the (now) whining, sniveling Demos also concur?  Could the war have been handled better?  Probably.  Should there have been a better planned exit strategy?  You bet.  Can we learn from our mistakes and move on?  Absolutely!

First thank you

i am a slow learner, and back then i knew this man was nothing but a liar.  He is slowly taking us poor and people of beutiful color that adorn their hair with flowers, and can sing with the birds and make music with sticks; slowly, slowly, back into a time that was "uncle tom " was dying, and equality, was getting closer down in the south.

Thank you for noticing me.  I will be following up with you and It boggles my mind how people in this country are not angry enough at this stupid looking, laughing fool, they call a president.  They should be ashamed of him.  This country persecutes the poor and frees the rich.  I am not afraid.  nobody wants to hear me.  I will stop here ; I don't want to scare you off. :)

Once again Thanks!  mellyn

I see someone is already whinnin about it...not surprised by that at all~~ I am not worried about that one though. Doesn't take much to put him into a tail spin. Sounds like a sound bite to a movie I was heard " You can't handle the truth"... and he can't! I'll just have to pray for him as soon as I husk this grape~~

Once again you have written the facts. I think that is why I like your posts. BTW..I read and then heard it from a former high ranking person (fromer Gatmo) probably one of the most bizarre things. Seems there are sooo many whiners screaming "abuse" there, they are now building one of the largest hospitals ( all new everything from phyco doctors to medical MD's) for the prisioners to have "the best medical facility" to treat their freakin poor health (both physical and mental). WTF? They need to let the soliders treat the prisioners. Think anyone will have something good to say about our"W" for such a facility? Hell no, next they (the whiners) will complain the darn food isn't good enough!

Scoop, do you feel a groundswell mentality against Bush similar to the anti
-Nixon reversal of public opinion during the student protests?  Or a final sigh of frustration at one more "I did not have sex with that woman?"  I do not.  And if calling me brainwashed makes you feel any better about my being loyal to my side, as you are to yours, then I guess we both are.  At least I have a valid reason.

Kingmi where do you live in Mr. Rogers neighborhood?

You are delusional. I try to respect you but I have not seen anyone as brainwashed as you.

You say, "You know, I'm sorry, but this is not the kind of thing that you impeach a president for. These are mistakes, and themselves appear to be fabrications -- calling intelligence "plagiarized term papers".

Yes and as our President he is responsible for this. Why is he dropping in all the polls? Simple the public is starting to see the light.

And you go on, "However, if there were more evidence uncovered, put together in a more professional or legal way, I think that most people would give Bush and Blair a pass. I think they would mostly agree that the means justified the end."

Yes Mrs. Hernandez, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Anderson we are sorry you sons, daughter and husbands died we made a mistake please for give us.

Bullshit.

Kingmi,

Neither scoundrel nor criminal volunteers for the gallows! George Bush is, with you help, just buying time! But his money is running out and the bodies continue to pile up! This man cannot be saved! Only the Grace of God will spare him from Hell!

From your mouth into God's ear! From the press viewpoint it apparently feels a lot like the old Nixon days.

Watch Iran. Its next
When Bush laid out the axis of evil, it wasn't just to categorize our adversaries..it was to put them on notice. If the next big terrorist strike comes from Iran and can be authenticated, the second of the three will fall. We're in a fight for our very lives and the world is busy trying to blame us for it!

If we impeached every president who lied
we'd have to impeach every president.

Well, when we moved into this house, there was a peach bush in back, but I didn't let it have it's say.  I tore it out for being ugly.  I know what evils I've seen and who led me there, and it wasn't a man like George W. Bush or his lovely and caring wife, Laura.

Kingmi

There are times in history when there is only one kind of man that can get the job done.

Even Hitler got his people off their kness and back to work.

Ultimately of course he was evil. Bush isn't evil.

I don't believe that either Bush or Blair are evil nor impeachable. They just bent words a little, to get a lousy job done.

Numinous and Glennb,

You still do not get me. What I am saying is that even if GWB did all that you say -- I contend that he did not -- he would not be impeached because of the aura of character within which he has conducted himself. Not the same for Nixon, whose trail of apologies and denials, nor penis-nose, whose trail of indiscretions and denials, finally caught up with them.  The two previously impeached or nearly impeached presidents used up their goodwill among the American People.  Not so for George W.  He is considered a hero for his post 9-11 behaviors.

Now if this were to be repeated in Iran, North Korea, Cuba, etc.  Then it would catch up tohim.  Thanks for the comments.

"There are none so blind as those who will not see" You seem to me, to be in such deep denial when it comes to the Bush administration that you have blinded yourself.

As for impeachable offences; If a president can be impeached for personal indiscretions and then denying it, surley the lies that this president has told, have more than qualified him for impeachment.

Kingmi,
It is simple! A Leader is a war criminal if he corrupts his Constitutional Responsibility and orders his armies to invade a sovereign Nations based on some flity conviction! Keep it simple when simple makes sense!

You are delusional! How much more evidence is needed? The man is a liar! A, in you face liar! They invaded Iraq based on less credible evidence than we have against Bush! "Bring down his chances in an election"! There is more at stake than the political careers of two (Cheney makes three) corrupt criminals!

Even worse than these idiotic demands . . .

. . . is the fact that these people, from all appearances, are absolutely and completely uncaring about the plight of the Iraqis under Saddam or the proliferation of terrorism under his bankrolling. From all appearances, they have no interest whatsoever in justice or truth. All that matters to them is their hate.
