I think that we some control our lives that it is not all about fate. Of course we have less control over some health issues but even in that we can manage how we react to that even if sometimes that is acceptance.
So often I see people who have the power to change something but don't or choose not to recognize that. I am working on some changes but have to contend with some health issues (luckily I will be mended). I have chosen to work through it -- a conscious choice. I am limping somewhat but it is better for me than the other choice.
