Good one!  You know, though, in all seriousness, my doc told me that doing any kind of physical activity within a couple hours before bedtime makes it harder to get to sleep since your body has adrenaline flowing through it.

I know I shouldn't read in bed.  Another tip from the doc, keep the bed for sleeping only.  Train your body to know that when you are in bed it is for the sole purpose of sleep.
