well to me, losing two kids
is plentiful to suffer a deep depression. Anyway the monologue takes place during one afternoon. It doesn't say all the time, always in bed with Yuri. Have a great weekend. ~Lov, Vib

I can't guess the real reason is deep depression. Could be any other reason to cause her to go off on the deep end - living in the past. She must have refused treatment if it were depression. Well, in a short monologue, maybe I shouldn't read too much mystery into that.

Favorites?
There's no indication that the children who died were her favorites. Tell me more about the mystery? Love, Vibrance~

A mum who has lost her two favorites is indeed a tragic stricken mom. What has caused her bitterness towards the remaining three? Instead of mourning her lost ones, she could have cared better for the remaining ones. Its a good monologue as it has the typical rant. There's a twist to the situation. Of course, unexplained mysteries keep the audience glued for more action.
