Is it just me or is it "Picture Day" every couple of months? I remember when I was a kid, it was a big deal. You knew it was coming because there were posters plastered all along the school hallways encouraging us to "Look Your Best for Picture Day". Mothers would plan ahead and schedule haircuts,...
