Davy and I went for a walk near North Bend, Washington

It was a lovely afternoon last Sunday, warm but not hot, and the woods were full of sunlight and spicy green scents of ferns and evergreen resins. Davy was free to roam about, leash hanging as a safety measure. Only once was it useful, when a guy on a bike came whirring down the trail, his own dog... Sign in to see full entry.
