Washington DC Flooded!
Not with war protesters, greedy lawmakers, or eye-searching tourist, but with water, and a lot of it. Government buildings having to close, parking lots flooded, streets flooded, visions of New Orleans anyone? I know this really is not humorous, but one wonders if someone up there in that rain...
