Okay. the roofer when Richard had a new roof put on did a lousy job. Even though the new owner( with me financing for 18 months), clearly states they are buying house as is. They are responsible for all expenses from now on. The roof wasn'ttheir fault and is a large expense so we are halving the price with me getting the loan and they he;p me pay half.
