The Tennessee Emergency Care for Rape Victims Act

The Tennessee House of Representatives has a Public Health and Family Assistance Subcommittee. On April 20, 2005, they approved House Bill 865, which requires hospitals to tell all rape survivors about emergency contraception, and also requires them to provide emergency contraception for patients...
