Recenty presidential candidate John McCain commented on Barack Obama's statement that he would talk with the government of Iran with no conditions. My nephew tried (again, unsuccessfully) to enlist in the Army. He was turned down for some minor health issues, but, as my family found out, that selective policy doesn't stop convicted felons from enlisting and going overseas.
