The Batttered Child

I hear mom and dad cry once more, I go to close the door There is no place for me to hide; There is no one in whom I can confide. They scream and holler each day: I quietly cry and hope they will not come my way. I sneak out and go to play, I wish I did not have to go home today. I hurt and no one... Sign in to see full entry.
