Well, my list.... did not accomplish much. 1. De-cluttering.... a little bit 2. Make something good for lunch or supper... I made a really good lunch for me, as I can't eat grilled cheese sandwiches. I heated coconut milk with some hot curry sauce and some leftover radish/mustard greens and leftover rice noodles. It was really good with a salad. "Bob" liked it too. 3. Make a gluten-free dessert (for me)... no time, I might eat a little ice-cream. (we are celebrating Greg's B-day again) 4. Catch... Sign in to see full entry.
