Birthday time again
Today is my eldest son's 27th birthday! My daughter-in-law made spaghetti for lunch and bought a cake ice cream too. I was going to make a pumpkin pie, but when you make it from scratch it takes all day. So, the pies will have to wait till tomorrow. I cooked a large pumpkin in my roaster. I am guessing it will make between 5-10 pies. I need to make one with rice milk, as Gideon isn't drinking milk because it congests him. I don't know how it will turn out. I guess I will find out.
