Finally did something with CERT.
Four teams helped search for a man with brain damage who wandered away from home last night in pants and shoes. We didn't find him (good, he would have been dead from the cold) but noi one found him yet. Prbably caought a ride with a friend. It must have been a little spooky for the local folks to...
