The Superstar Rewarder

Sometimes we get it all wrong-- we reward weaknesses. A universal example is about the way we give attention to the red marks on our child's report card. From then on, the child gets special assistance or tutoring for these subjects. Nothing wrong with that except we take for granted the high marks... Sign in to see full entry.
