Whoever Said Leadership is Not About Position (2)

This is a follow up and point of clarification regarding my previous entry-- yes some of the best leaders are without position. However, they should observe protocol as far as the leader with a position in the same group or organization is concerned. Let me share a personal experience to illustrate.... I disagree with the statement that leadership is not about position; it may have some grain of truths but it poisons one perception towards the elected or appointed leader. For example, George W.
