I received a comment from a fellow blogger that Toastmasters is not for her since she suffers from stage fright. For a long time, I thought I will never conquer this fear. It's Not About Public Speaking

People don't see any need to join Toastmasters because they think it's about public speaking only. It isn't. It is more about better communication and leadership.
