My life:

I’m pleased people still read this blog even though I’ve let things slip very badly. I hardly ever get to read anyone else’s blog. Reading a piece in the Independent newspaper (UK) about how poorly paid novelists are today. Even people who have several titles under their belts, and are considered successful by the industry, struggle to make a living wage from it. If you make £5000 a year all round, you are doing well.
