No time to look back. Time to look ahead. Here's some things I'd like to see this sports year. No more talk of "stepping up". If a player is on the roster he is there to do a job or he shouldn't be in uniform. Nothing more, nothing less. No more mention of a "supporting cast". Either you are a team...
