Your number one

Crumbling roses sway along the path way Intoxicated opinions ride on your shoulders at bay So many reasons to smile when you want to shed a tear Sober whispers giggle their way through your ear Windows scrape the scents of love and yearn Steal hate and drop it on a dusty shelf, let it burn It grows more and more as you stand up strong Your laughter mush up into a hurricane of a song Charming rings, bouquets, and hugs is what you want You’re his number one if you sweep his heart off the ground...
