Numb Sensation

You inspired me with your open heart A heart that poured out everything from the start My mind rusts as I strive to live again In an hour of need, I can’t live with this turmoil Poisoned eyes that despise me, I’m the one to arraign Life has failed me, that’s what happens when you trust someone Clouds of lust engulfed my fragile soul remembering my bygone Drowning alone in a world filled with lies and agony, I have no faith Seeing your face was a mirage, yet it brought about grace What’s said and...
