Ready or not here they come....
The countdown has begun. In less than one week my grandparents will begin a new, and maybe the last, chapter of their lives. Sometime this week, they will move into a nursing home type facility about 9/10 of a mile down the road from me. I am scared to death! I realize that they wont actually be...
