Through the Valley

There is a wound in my heart. A rather large wound that has scabbed over in the last 37 years. Time doesn't heal such wounds, but I believe they scab over so that one can eventually learn to go on living. May 21st will be the 38th anniversary of my son Kolby's death. Busy but Blessed!

Such a busy time of year for our family. I didn't realize it had been so long since my last visit to Blogit. They were unable to perform the biopsy on Sis. Prayer Request

My younger sister, Anita, is scheduled for a biopsy tomorrow morning on her "good" kidney. Tests showed a "shadow" and they want to check it out. She has very little function in her right kidney due to atrophy and this "good" kidney is at 50 to 60% function. If the doctors have to remove any of it,... Sign in to see full entry.

Trains, Planes, and Tanks

Oh my! I'm feeling my age today. Sunday was a busy, but fun day. We picked up Ari and went to church. After lunch, I took the two grands to the National Infantry Museum.
